OCEANSOUND
Built in 1979, Oceansound has 314 units and is part of the Key Colony complex.
The following facilities are available for our residents:
- Pool and Jacuzzi - open from 9 am to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 10 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and the evening before an official holiday.
- Steam Rooms - remodeling expected to be completed by mid-November
- Grill Stations - available from 9 am to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 10 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and the evening before an official holiday.
- Gym - open 24 hours
- Recreation Room - deposits/fees required; reservations made through Office

KEY COLONY
Key Colony has 1180 units in four buildings -- Tidemark, Oceansound, Emeraldbay
and Botanica.
The Homeowners Association (HOA) is responsible for 24-hour front gate security,
the ocean and lap pools, landscaping, beach and common areas, and roadway.
HOA offers
these facilities for the community:
- Ocean Pool - open from 6 am to 10 pm
- Olympic Lap Pool - open from 6 am to 10 pm
- Tennis - open from 7 am to sundown
- Beach Area - private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas
- Las Olas Cafe - open Thursday to Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm
- Playground - open from sunrise to sunset
- Convenience Center - HOA Board Meetings held in Suite 4 and HOA Office in Suite 6
